针刺配合康复训练治疗脑梗死后认知功能障碍的疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Cognitive Dysfunction after Cerebral Infarction

目的观察针刺配合康复训练治疗脑梗死后认知功能障碍的疗效.方法选取该院2019年1月—2020年10月收治的200例脑梗死后认知功能障碍患者,按照入院顺序分为对照组与观察组,每组100例.对照组采用内科常规治疗配合康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用针刺治疗.比较两组患者治疗后的蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA)评分、简易智力状态检查量表(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)评分.结果治疗后,观察组注意力、定向力、空间/执行、抽象能力、命名、语言评分及总分分别为(3.77±0.23)分、(5.22±0.49)分、(3.91±1.44)分、(4.72±1.23)分、(2.73±0.59)分、(3.52±0.41)分、(24.14±2.51)分,均高于对照组的(3.51±0.17)分、(4.86±0.25)分、(3.11±1.49)分、(4.06±1.05)分、(2.26±0.55)分、(3.03±0.43)分、(20.96±2.07)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组记忆力、计算力、定向力、语言、回忆评分及总分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脑梗死后认知功能障碍患者采用针刺配合康复训练治疗的效果显著,值得推广运用.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction.Methods 200 patients with cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected,and they were divide into a control group and an observation group according to the order of admission,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received conventional medical treatment combined with rehabilitation training,and the observation group received acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.The Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)scores and mini-mental state examination(MMSE)scores after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group's attention,orientation,space/execution,abstract ability,naming,language score and total score were(3.77±0.23)points,(5.22±0.49)points,(3.91±1.44)points,(4.72±1.23)points,(2.73±0.59)points,(3.52±0.41)points,(24.14±2.51)points,which were higher than the control group's(3.51±0.17)points,(4.86±0.25)points,(3.11±1.49)points,(4.06±1.05)points,(2.26±0.55)points,(3.03±0.43)points,(20.96±2.07)points,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group's memory,calculation,orientation,language,recall scores and total score were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for patients with cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction is significant,and is worthy of promotion and application.
