针灸联合养阴熄风通络汤治疗中风的疗效分析

Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Yangyin Xifeng Tongluo Decoction in the Treatment of Stroke

目的分析针灸联合养阴熄风通络汤治疗中风的临床疗效及神经功能改善情况。方法选择2019年2月—2020年2月该院收治中风患者88例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组44例使用常规治疗,研究组44例在对照组基础上使用针灸联合养阴熄风通络汤治疗,对两组临床疗效及神经功能进行比较。结果治疗后,研究组临床总有效率90.90%高于对照组77.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组中医证候积分(9.61±2.57)分、NIHSS评分(10.11±2.32)分,均比对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床使用针灸联合养阴熄风通络汤治疗中风患者,可减轻神经损伤,改善临床症状,提高其生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and neurological improvement of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Yangyin Xifeng Tongluo Decoction in treating stroke.Methods From February 2019 to February 2020,88 stroke patients were admitted to the hospital and divided into two groups according to the random number table.44 cases in the control group were treated with conventional treatment,and 44 cases in the study group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Yangyin Xifeng Tongluo Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and neurological function of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the study group was 90.90%higher than that of the control group 77.27%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score(9.61±2.57)points and NIHSS score(10.11±2.32)points of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical use of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Yangyin Xifeng Tongluo Decoction to treat stroke patients can reduce nerve damage,improve clinical symptoms,and improve their quality of life.
