摘要
目的探究经颅直流电刺激联合下肢康复机器人训练在缺血性脑卒中康复治疗中的效果.方法回顾性分析2018年2月—2019年11月济宁北湖省级旅游度假区人民医院治疗的89例缺血性脑卒中患者临床资料,根据康复治疗方案不同分组,将采用康复训练+经颅直流电刺激治疗的44例患者归为对照组,将采用康复训练+经颅直流电刺激+下肢康复机器人训练治疗的45例患者归为观察组,比较两组患者洛文斯顿作业疗法认知评定量表(LOTCA)评分、Fugl-Meyer运动量表(FMMS)评分.结果治疗前,两组知觉、定向力、视运动组织、思维运作等LOTCA评分、上肢FMMS、下肢FMMS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组知觉、定向力、视运动组织、思维运作评分、上肢FMMS、下肢FMMS评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论经颅直流电刺激联合下肢康复机器人训练可提高缺血性脑卒中患者的认知水平,促进其肢体运动功能恢复.
Objective To explore the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation combined with lower limb rehabilitation robot training in the rehabilitation treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 89 patients with ischemic stroke treated in People's Hospital of Jining Beihu Provincial Tourism Resort from February 2018 to November 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the different groups of rehabilitation treatment plan,44 patients treated with transcranial direct current stimulation were classified as the control group,and 45 patients treated with rehabilitation training+transcranial direct current stimulation+lower limb rehabilitation robot training were classified as the observation group.The Lowenston Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment Scale(LOTCA)score and Fugl-Meyer Exercise Scale(FMMS)score were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the differences in LOTCA scores and FMMS score between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the LOTCA and FMMS scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transcranial direct current stimulation combined with lower limb rehabilitation robot training can improve the cognitive level of patients with ischemic stroke and promote the recovery of their limb motor function.
