腕踝针联合改良中药热奄包疗法对F-URS术后腰腹痛及胃肠功能恢复的影响

The Effect of Wrist-ankle Acupuncture Combined with Modified Chinese Medicine Hot Pack Therapy on Low Back Pain and Gastrointestinal Function Recovery after F-URS

目的 探究腕踝针联合改良中药热奄包疗法对输尿管软镜钬激光碎石(F-URS)术后腰腹痛及胃肠功能恢复的影响.方法 选取2019年1月—2020年1月就诊于该院的220例行F-URS术患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(术后常规治疗方案)与治疗组(术后常规治疗+腕踝针联合改良中药热奄包治疗方案)各110例,观察两组术后视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、肛门排气、排便时间及生活质量核心表(QOL-C30)评分等情况.结果 治疗后,两组患者VAS评分较治疗前均降低,且治疗1 d及4 d时治疗组VAS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组肛门恢复排气、排便时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者QOL-C30各方面评分较治疗前均降低,且治疗组均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 腕踝针联合改良中药热奄包疗法可显著缓解患者F-URS术后腰腹疼痛,缩短胃肠排气及排便时间,从而促进胃肠功能恢复,提高术后生活质量.

Objective To investigate the effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with modified traditional Chinese medicine hot pack therapy on low back pain and recovery of gastrointestinal function after ureteral soft mirror holmium laser lithotripsy(F-URS).Methods 220 patients who underwent F-URS surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into a control group(conventional treatment plan after surgery)and a treatment group(conventional treatment after surgery+wrist ankle acupuncture combined with modified traditional Chinese medicine hot pack treatment plan),110 cases in each grou.The postoperative visual pain simulation score(VAS),anal exhaustion,defecation time and quality of life core table(QOL-C30)scores were observed in the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the VAS scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group on the 1st and 4th days of treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of anal exhaustion and defecation in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the QOL-C30 scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the scores of treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with modified traditional Chinese medicine hot pack therapy can significantly relieve the pain of waist and abdomen after F-URS operation,shorten the gastrointestinal exhaust and defecation time,thus promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve the quality of life after surgery.
