运动想象联合低频脉冲电刺激在脑梗死患者康复治疗中的应用观察

Observation on the Application of Exercise Imagination Combined with Low-frequency Pulse Electric Stimulation in Rehabilitation Treatment of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨运动想象联合低频脉冲电刺激在脑梗死患者康复治疗中的应用效果.方法回顾性分析2018年2月—2019年10月在该院接受康复治疗的82例脑梗死患者,根据治疗方案不同进行分组,将使用低频脉冲电刺激治疗的患者纳入对照组(n=40例)、将使用运动想象联合低频脉冲电刺激治疗的患者纳入观察组(n=42例).比较两组治疗前、治疗4周后日常生活活动能力量表(Barthel Index,BI)评分、平衡评估量表Fugl-Meyer评分及简易智力状况(MMSE)评分.结果治疗前两组BI评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、MMSE评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组BI评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、MMSE评分均升高,且与对照组相比较,观察组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脑梗死患者康复治疗中应用运动想象联合低频脉冲电刺激治疗,可提高日常生活活动能力,改善平衡能力,促进认知功能恢复.

Objective To investigate the effect of exercise imagination combined with low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation in rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 82 patients with cerebral infarction who received rehabilitation treatment in our hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment plan,the patients treated with low-frequency pulse electric stimulation were included in the control group(40 cases),and the patients treated with exercise imagination combined with low-frequency pulse electric stimulation were included in the observation group(42 cases).The Barthel Index(BI)score,the Fugl-Meyer score and the simple mental status(MMSE)score of the two groups before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment were compared.Results Compared the BI score,Fugl-Meyer score and MMSE score between the two groups before treatment,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the BI score,Fugl-Meyer score and MMSE score were all increased,and compared with the control group,the observation group were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise imagination combined with low-frequency pulse electric stimulation can improve daily life activity and balance in the rehabilitation treatment of patients with cerebral infarction ability,and promote cognitive function recovery.
