分级分期康复训练应用于乳腺癌患者对其上肢水肿程度、术后肩关节活动度的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的讨论分级分期康复训练在乳腺癌术后患者临床护理中的应用价值及其对患者上肢水肿程度、肩关节活动度的影响.方法选取2017年12月—2019年12月在该院实施手术治疗的乳腺癌患者80例作为研究样本,随机划分为两组.参照组予以常规术后康复训练措施,观察组基于参照组增加应用分级分期康复训练.结果与参照组相比较,观察组患者的水肿程度明显减缓,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的肩关节活动度指标水平均明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论分级分期康复训练在乳腺癌术后患者临床护理中的应用价值较为理想,有利于改善患者的肩关节活动度,减缓患者上肢的水肿程度,对患者肢体功能恢复进程的加快具有重要意义. Objective To discuss the application value of graded and staged rehabilitation training in the clinical nursing of breast cancer patients after operation and its influence on the degree of upper extremity edema and shoulder joint activity.Methods 80 breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine postoperative rehabilitation training measures,and the observation group increased the use of graded and staged rehabilitation training based on the reference group.Results Compared with the reference group,the degree of edema in the observation group was significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the activity index of shoulder joint in the observation group was significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of graded and staged rehabilitation training in the clinical nursing of patients with breast cancer after operation is ideal,which is beneficial to improve the shoulder joint activity of patients,slow down the degree of edema of patients'upper limbs,and accelerate the recovery process of patients'limb function.
