顽固性周围性面瘫的康复——穴位埋线疗法

Rehabilitation of Intractable Peripheral Facial Paralysis——Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy

目的探讨穴位埋线对于顽固性周围性面瘫(以下简称顽固性面瘫)的治疗效果.方法选取2017年12月—2019年12月该院收治的顽固性面瘫患者100例,均给予中西医药物治疗,其中50例给予针刺疗作为对照组,另50例给予穴位埋线治疗作为研究组,治疗3个疗程后评定疗效.结果对照组治愈18例(36.0%),显效11例(22.0%),有效12例(24.0%),无效9例(18.0%),总有效41例(82.0%);研究组治愈32例(64.0%),显效12例(24.0%),有效4例(8.0%),无效2例(4.0%),总有效48例(96.0%),痊愈率比较(χ^(2)=7.840,P<0.05),总有效率比较(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05).对照组治疗满意度,非常满意32例(64.0%),基本满意5例(10.0%),满意5例(10.0%),不满意8例(16.0%),满意度为84.4%,研究组治疗满意度,非常满意40例(80.0%),基本满意7例(14.0%),满意1例(2.0%),不满意2例(4.0%),满意度为96.0%,满意度比较(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05).结论穴位埋线相比于针刺可有效提高顽固性面瘫的治愈率与总有效率,值得借鉴应用.

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding on intractablerefractory peripheral facial paralysis.Methods From December 2017 to December 2019,100 patients with intractable facial paralysis admitted to the hospital were treated with Chinese and wWestern medicine,50 of them were treated with acupuncture as the control group,the other 50 patients were treated with acupoint catgut embedding therapy as the study group,and the curative efficacyeffect was evaluated after three 3 courses of treatment.Results Iin the control group,18 cases were cured(36.0%),11 cases were obviously effective(22.0%),12 cases were effective(24.0%),9 cases were ineffective(18.0%),41 cases were total effective(82.0%);in the study group,32 cases were cured(64.0%),12 cases were obviously effective(24.0%),4 cases were effective(8.0%),2 cases were ineffective(4.0%),48 cases were total effective(96.0%),the cure rate was compared(χ^(2)=7.840,P<0.05),and the total effective rate was compared(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05)。Very satisfied with the control group treatment satisfaction,32 cases(64.0%),basic satisfaction in 5 cases(10.0%),5 cases(10.0%),and are not satisfied with 8 cases(16.0%),satisfaction was 84.4%,the team treatment satisfaction,are very satisfied with 40 cases(80.0%),7 cases(14.0%)of the basic satisfaction,satisfaction in 1 case(2.0%),and are not satisfied in 2 cases(4.0%),satisfaction was 96.0%,the satisfaction to compare(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05).Conclusion Ccompared with acupuncture,acupoint catgut embedding can effectively improve the cure rate and total effective rate of intractable facial paralysis,which is worthy of reference.
