大学生参与社团与兼职活动的满意度调查与影响因素分析——以塔里木大学为例

Satisfaction Survey and Influencing Factors Analysis of College Students’ Participation in Community and Part-Time Activities——Taking Tarim University as an Example

为顺应"双创"的时代要求及创新创业教育体制改革,塔里木大学越来越重视社团活动创新性和管理体制提升和改进,大学生参与社团活动和兼职是非常普遍的现象.然而,目前针对大学生参与社团活动和兼职满意程度和影响因素领域的研究较少,针对这一状况,本团队通过调研,全面了解"双创"背景下在校大学生社团参与情况与兼职情况,分析大学生参与社团活动和兼职对学习和就业的影响满意程度,探析主要影响因素,为高校更好地开展大学生创新创业活动提供参考和建议.

In order to meet the requirements of the era of"innovation and entrepreneurship"and the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education system,Tarim University attaches more and more importance to the innovation of community activities and the improvement of management system.College students’participation in community activities and part-time work is very common.However,there are few researches on the field of college students’participation in community activities and part-time satisfaction and influencing factors.Aiming at this situation,through the investigation,the team comprehensively understands the status quo of college students participating in community activities and part-time work under the background of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship,analyzes the satisfaction degree of college students’participation in community activities and part-time on learning and employment,and analyzes the main influencing factors.It provides reference and suggestions for the university to carry out the innovation and entrepreneurship activities of college students better.
