韧性城市视角下的湖北省柴湖镇规划策略与实践

随着城镇化进程的加快,城市面临的不确定性因素和未知风险不断增加,因此建设韧性城市,提高城市系统的抵御力,成为一项全球化的发展趋势与行动战略.文章以湖北省柴湖镇为例,以问题为导向,从低冲击的水系绿地规划、低成本的雨洪系统规划和低碳化的交通系统规划三个层面探讨了构建韧性城市的规划发展策略,并明确了相应的建设实施措施,希望能为柴湖镇的安全发展提供一条行之有效的路径.

In the fast urbanization.there are Iots of uncertain factors and nsks in the city.The construction of resilient city and improvement of urban resistance become the trend and active strategy in global.The paper takes Chaihu town of Hubei province as an example,discuss the resilient city planning from low impact planning of water and green-land,inexpensive planning of rainfaIl flood,and low-carbon planning of traffiC system.Meanwhile,the paper puts forward the implement measures,advances the safe development of Chaihu town.
