双金属冶金复合管结构设计理论研究

摘要 介绍了双金属冶金复合管的结构特点;从理论上分析和研究了双金属冶金复合管在弹性和弹塑性状态下对应的内压力水平、应力分布,以及内压力与内外层金属壁厚、强度的对应关系,获得了复合管内外层壁厚的计算模型.研究结果可为双金属冶金复合管的结构设计提供理论依据与参考. The structural characteristics of the metallic metallurgical composite pipe are described here in the paper.Also theoretically analyzed and studied are such aspects of the said pipe,including the corresponding internal pressure level and stress distribution in elastic state and elastoplastic state,and the relationship between the internal pressure and the wall thickness and strength of the inner and outer metal layers,based on which the calculation model for the wall thickness of the inner and outer metal layers of the composite pipe is set up.The research result is worth providing the theoretic basis and reference for the structure design of the bimetallic composite pipe.
