“产教融合”背景下高职院校科研队伍建设思考

On the Academic Research Team Construction of Higher Vocational School in the View of Production-education Integration

在现代职业教育进入产教融合、校企深度合作的新时代下,高职院校科研工作面临着新挑战和新要求,变革已势在必行.在深度分析了现阶段高职院校科研队伍建设中存在的问题之后,从科研团队建设、科研项目研究方向定位、“双师型”教师队伍建设、科研管理人员素质提升、学生创新能力培养等5个方面出发,针对性地提出了在“产教融合”背景下,高职院校建设一支高素质、高水平科研队伍的对策,以此达到深化高职院校教育改革,形成高职院校自身特色的目的.

Modern vocational education has entered into a new era with features of production-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation,new challenges and requirements are faced by vocational colleges. In this background,changes are imperative. Through analyzing the problems existing in developing the capability of academic research teams of vocational colleges,solutions are put forward for these colleges to build a high-quality and high-level academic research teams from five perspectives,namely,the construction of academic research teams,the purpose of academic research projects,the construction of double-qualified teachers teams,the improvement of academic management staff’s professional quality,and the cultivation of students’ innovation capacity,so as to deepen the reform of vocational education and build featured vocational schools.
