摘要 反渗透(reverse osmosis,RO)是一门先进的膜分离技术,具有净化效率高、操作方便、环境友好等特点,在锅炉补给水系统中应用广泛.针对某电厂RO系统在实际应用中存在的问题进行深刻分析,并通过对城市再生水进行预加热以提高RO进水温度,在加药管路末端加装背压阀以避免虹吸现象和将浓水管异径漏斗下级排放管增大到比上级大2号等优化措施,解决了RO系统冬季流量异常,额定出力时操作压力高、停机冲洗后进水管路pH值低和浓水排放管喷水等问题,从而实现RO系统安全、稳定、高效运行的目的,降低了RO系统的运行能耗,减少了设备运行风险,经济效益显著. Reverse osmosis(RO),an advanced membrane separation technology which is purified efficiency,simple operated and environment friendly,has been widely used in boiler make-up water system.The problems of reverse osmosis system in a power plant were deeply analyzed.The optimization measures,such as improving inlet water temperature by preheating urban reclaimed water,adding back pressure valve in the end of dosing piping to avoid siphon phenomenon and increasing the diameter of lower discharge pipe two size greater than the upper one,were implemented.The problems of abnormal winter flow rate,high operating pressure,low pH after shutdown washing and spraying of concentrated water pipe were resolved.Thus,the RO system can achieve the purpose of safe,stable and efficient operation,reduce the operation energy consumption of RO system,reduce the risk of equipment operation,and achieve significant economic benefits.
