微创切口撬拔复位克氏针固定结合中药治疗SandersⅡ型跟骨骨折

目的 评估微创切口撬拔复位克氏针内固定结合中药治疗?Sanders?Ⅱ型跟骨骨折的疗效.方法 回顾性将2014年1月至2017年1月手术治疗的?30例SanderslI?跟骨骨折,选择外踝下方小切口切开撬拔复位克氏针固定结合中药治疗,记录患者受伤至手术时间、手术出血量、住院费用、术后并发症、手术前后?BOhler?角及?Gissane?角,采用?AOFAS?的踝-足功能评分评价足踝功能.结果 28例患者获得≥1年时间随访,与国内学者选择切开复位内固定治疗相比,微创切口治疗在住院至手术时间、手术操作时间及手术出血量相比具有明显优势;同时在术后BOhler角及Gissane角改善情况及随访1年足功能恢复结果满意.结论? 与传统'L'形切口切开复位钢板内固定治疗比较,采用微创切口撬拔复位内固定术治疗SandersⅡ型跟骨骨折结合中药治疗具有创伤小、出血量少等特点,利于切口愈合,能缩短手术和住院时间,减少费用及术后并发症发生.

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of minimally invasive incision pry reduction kirschner wire internal fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of SandersⅡcalcaneal fracture.Methods 30 cases of surgical treatment between January 2014 and January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Sanders lI calcaneal fracture was treated with kirschner wire fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine through a small incision under the lateral malleolus,and the time from injury to surgery,the volume of surgical bleeding,hospitalization costs,postoperative complications,Bohler Angle and Gissane Angle before and after surgery were recorded.The ankle-foot function score of AOFAS was used to evaluate the ankle function.Results Twenty-eight patients were followed up for more than one year.Compared with domestic scholars who chose open reduction and internal fixation,minimally invasive incision has obvious advantages in hospitalization to operation time,operation time and bleeding volume.At the same time,the improvement of BOhler angle and Gissane angle after operation and the recovery of full function after one year followup were satisfactory.Conclusion Compared with the traditional"L"shaped incision open reduction plate internal fixation,the minimally invasive incision pry reduction reduction internal fixation for the treatment of type SandersⅡcalcaneal fracture combined with traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of less trauma and less blood loss,which is conducive to the wound healing,can shorten the duration of surgery and hospitalization,reduce the cost and postoperative complications.
