医院药事管理对提高妇科门诊药房合理用药及患者满意度的作用研究

Study on Roles of Hospital Pharmacy Management in Improving the Rational Use of Drugs and Patients' satisfaction in Gynecological Outpatient Pharmacies

目的:研究医院药事管理对提高妇科门诊药房合理用药及患者满意度的作用。方法:选取2014年3月—2015年5月我院妇科门诊未实施医院药事管理时接收的患者104例作为对照组,选取2015年12月—2017年2月我院妇科门诊实施医院药事管理后接收的患者104例作为观察组,比较两组不合理用药情况、不良反应发生率、医患纠纷发生情况及满意度。结果 :观察组不合理用药发生率为6.73%,显著低于对照组的16.35%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为3.74%,低于对照组的12.50%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组药患纠纷发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组用药安全性、用药经济性、服务态度及专业技术水平等各项满意度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:在妇科门诊药房工作中采用医院药事管理,可促进临床合理用药,有效避免医患纠纷,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To study the roles of hospital pharmacy management in improving the rational use of drugs and patients’satisfaction in gynecological outpatient pharmacies.Methods:104 patients received in the gynecological outpatient department of our hospital without hospital pharmacy management from March 2014 to May 2015 were selected as a control group,and 104 patients received in the gynecological outpatient department of our hospital after the implementation of hospital pharmacy management from December 2015 to February 2017 were selected as an observation group.The irrational use of drugs,the incidence of adverse reactions,the occurrence of medical disputes and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of the irrational use of drugs in the observation group was 6.73%,which was significantly lower than 16.35%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.74%,which was lower than 12.50%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of pharmacy-patient disputes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of drug use safety,drug use economy,service attitude and professional technical level and the like in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of hospital pharmacy management in gynecological outpatient pharmacy work can promote clinical rational drug use,effectively avoid doctor-patient disputes and improve patients’satisfaction.
