摘要
牛樟芝作为台湾珍稀食用和药用真菌,可以产生三萜、泛醌、多糖、马来酸衍生物、苯环类等多种功能活性物质.其中,樟芝菌丝体产物中的泛醌类化合物具有护肝、抗癌、调节免疫力、抗炎等药理活性.尤其是以Antroquinonol为代表的泛醌类化合物,在保肝、抗癌等方面具有卓越疗效并引起了人们的广泛关注.本文阐述了Antroquinonol等泛醌类组分的发现、药理活性(抗癌、保肝、抗炎等)、生物合成调控及化学合成的研究,为进一步开展牛樟芝中泛醌类化合物的研究提供参考,促进Antroquinonol等泛醌类组分在临床中的应用.
Antrodia camphorata,a rare edible and medicinal fungus from Taiwan,is capable of producing functional active substances that involve triterpenes,ubiquinone,polysaccharides,maleic acid derivatives,and benzene rings.Studies have reported that the ubiquinone compounds derived from the mycelium products of Antrodia camphorata exhibited great pharmacological activities in the liver protection,cancer inhibition,immunoregulation,and anti-inflammatory responses.Notably,Antroquinonol as a representative of ubiquinone compounds has been given increasing concerns due to its effective modulation in liver diseases and anti-tumor immunities.In this paper,ubiquinone components were described as shown by the discoveries,pharmacological activities(cancer inhibition、liver protection、anti-inflammatory responses,etc),biosynthesis and regulation,and chemical synthesis.The paper can give a reference to further research on ubiquinone compounds in Antrodia camphorata,and promotes the clinical application of ubiquinone components such as Antroquinonol.
