单源双能量CT在体内泌尿系结石成分分析中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨单源双能量CT在体内泌尿系结石成分分析中的应用.方法 选取2016-11-2017-08我院收治的泌尿系结石患者82例,患者均进行单源双能量CT,并同结石标本红外光谱分析结果 进行对比.结果 单源双能量CT分析泌尿系结石成分同红外光谱分析结果 比较,以红外光谱分析结果 为金标准,单源双能量CT分析准确率为95.1%(78/82),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 单源双能量CT能够改进泌尿系结石成分分析的准确性,从而提供结石成分,为患者的治疗提供可靠指导.
