低位直肠癌的护理体会

Nursing experience of low rectal cancer

目的:为更好地促进中低位直肠癌根治性手术后的康复。方法我们认真做好患者的术前、术后的评估及护理。结果使患者能接受腹壁上回肠造瘘术的手术治疗方式,术后能主动参与造口的护理;造口及造口周围皮肤并发症能及时给予对症的处理。结论正确的评估与有效的护理有助于提高手术成功率及提高患者术后生活质量。

Objective To better promote the development of middle and low rectal cancer radical operation after rehabilitation.Methods We conscientiously do a good job evaluation and nursing of patients with preoperative,postoperative.Results The patients receiving abdominal wall ileal fistula operation therapy,postoperative nursing can actively participate in stoma;treatment of stoma and peristomal skin complications can timely symptomatic.Conclusion The correct assessment helps to improve the success rate of operation and improve the quality of life of patients after operation and effective nursing.
