BNP在心力衰竭中的临床应用

BNP Clinical Applications in Heart Failure

脑钠肽(BNP)属于多肽类物质,由心室肌细胞分泌,心力衰竭时导致心室肌细胞受到牵拉或室壁压力增高使BNP分泌增多。它可以抑制交感神经系统,拮抗肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS),保护心脏,心脏在遇到危险的情况下BNP水平可应激性升高。目前,血液BNP水平正作为一种有效的新型指标,在诊断心力衰竭及相关疾病、监测疾病预后等各方面起到重要作用。本文对BNP在心力衰竭的临床应用作简单介绍。

Brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)belong to the polypeptide material,by ventricular muscle cells secrete,heart failure cause ventricular muscle cells by force or room wall pressure heighten the BNP secretion increased.It can inhibit the sympathetic nervous system,antagonism renin-angiotensin aldosterone system(RAAS),protect the heart,the heart in the case of danger the BNP levels can be elevated excitability.At present,the blood BNP level is as a kind of effective new indicators,in the diagnosis of heart failure and related diseases,monitoring the disease prognosis and so on various aspects play an important role.In this paper,the BNP in heart failure in clinical application were briefly introduced.
