玻璃酸钠联合氟米龙治疗睑板腺功能障碍引起的干眼60例 被引量:7

摘要 目的:研究氟米龙联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液在治疗干眼病方面的效果。方法选择60例2015年2月~2016年2月在我院治疗的干眼症患者作为研究对象,随机将其划分为对照组和观察组,两组人数相等。单用0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液对对照组进行治疗,对观察组则另加用0.02%氟米龙滴眼液,连续使用2个月,并对治疗后的结果进行统计对比。结果利用这类药物对两组患者进行治疗后,观察组的疗效较好,其治疗有效率显著高于对照组的,结果存在明显的统计学差异。结论玻璃酸钠联合氟米龙滴眼液可以有效的对干眼病进行治疗,联合使用效果更好。 Objective Evaluate the sodium hyaluronate combined with fluorometholone in the treatment of 60 cases of dry eye caused by meibomian gland dysfunction.Methods Select 60 cases of dry eye patients from our hospital during November 2015 to February 2016,and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,each group of 30 cases.Control group was used alone 0.1%sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the observation group on the basis of control group combine with 0.02%fluorometholone eye drops.Both were used for 2 months.Observe and compare the effect of the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined fluorometholone eye drops in the treatment of dry eye effect is excellent,and better than the single use of sodium hyaluronate eye drops.
