经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石疗效观察

Clinical Observation of 80 Cases of Ureteral Calculi Treated with Holmium Laser Lithotripsy Via Ureter Mirror

目的:分析输尿管结石患者经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗的效果。方法纳入我院2013年2月~2015年2月收治的80例输尿管结石患者作为临床治疗对象,所有患者入院后均给予输尿管镜钬激光碎石术,观察记录临床治疗效果。结果80例患者平均手术时间为(57.21±7.3)min,平均住院时间为(5.3±1.3)d,80例输尿管结石患者中1次碎石成功者74例,整体概率为92.50%;术后对患者作为期半年的随访调查,随访过程中78例患者结石悉数排净,整体概率为97.50%。结论针对输尿管结石患者采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗,具有着较好的临床疗效,且手术安全性较高。

Objective Analysis of patients with ureteral calculi ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy via the effect of the treatment.Methods In our hospital in February 2013 to February 2015 were 80 cases of patients with ureteral calculi as object of clinical treatment,observed the clinical therapeutic effect.Results Average operation time was80patients(57.21±7.3)min,the average hospitalization time was(5.3±1.3)d one of gravel in 80 patients with ureteral calculi were74 cases of successful people,the overall probability is92.50%;For half a year of follow-up survey,the patients with postoperative follow-up of 78 patients with stones in the process of all net,the overall probability of 97.50%.Conclusion For patients with ureteral calculi treated with ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy,has a better clinical curative effect,and the operation security is higher.
