品管圈活动在儿童PICC维护培训中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of Application Effect of QCC Activity in PICC Maintenance Training for Children

目的:探讨品管圈活动在儿童PICC维护培训中的应用效果。方法建立品管圈,2014年3月1日~8月31日通过儿童PICC维护培训开展一系列QCC活动,开展品管圈前后进行考核,对两次成绩进行比较。结果开展QCC活动后,全科护士对儿童PICC维护的理论知识、操作技能以及患儿家长满意度较之前有明显的提高。结论在儿童PICC维护中开展QCC活动不仅能提高儿科护士的理论知识、操作技能水平及患儿家长满意度,还能提升全科护士护理科研能力及对QCC的认识和运用能力、执行力等,使护理质量管理持续进行。

Objective To study the quality control circle activities in the application of PICC children maintain training effect.Methods To establish quality control circles,on 1 March 2014 solstice by August 31 children usm maintenance training to carry out a series of QCC activities,carry out quality management circle carries on the inspection before and after,compares two grades.Results After the QCC activity,general nurses to PICC children maintain the theory of knowledge,skills,and parents'satisfaction has obvious increase than before.Conclusion PICC in children's maintenance of QCC activity can not only improve the level of pediatric nurses theory knowledge,skills and parents satisfaction,also can promote general nurses nursing scientific research ability and understanding of QCC and using ability,execution,etc.,make continuous nursing quality management.
