小儿过敏性紫癜的治疗对肾脏的影响

Treatment of Pediatric Allergic Purpura Effects on Kidney

目的:探讨小儿过敏性紫癜的治疗方法及对肾脏的影响。方法选取2013年4月~2015年5月收治的小儿过敏性紫癜患者82例为被试对象,通过随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组41例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用西咪替丁治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果及肾功能变化。结论观察组总有效率82.9%相较于对照组70.7%明显更优(<0.05);对两组患者进行为期1年的随访,观察组治疗后复发率16(38.1%)明显低于对照组32(78.0%),差异有统计学意义(<0.05);两组患者治疗前肾功能相关指标无显著差异(跃0.05),观察组治疗后尿红细胞(13.5±2.6)个/HP、尿蛋白(0.4±0.1)g/24h、尿微量蛋白(0.1±0.1)mg/L均明显较对照组(21.7±3.8)个/HP、(0.8±0.2)g/24h、(0.2±0.2)mg/L低,差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论在小儿过敏性紫癜治疗中应用西咪替丁,能够提高治疗效果及安全性,对肾脏功能改善有一定作用,值得推广。

Objective To study the treatment of pediatric allergic purpura and the impact on the kidneys.Methods April 2013 to May 2015 treated 82 cases of pediatric allergic purpura patients as subjects object,through the random number table method divided into observation group and control group,each group of 41 cases,control group given conventional treatment,observation group on the basis of control group was treated with cimetidine,observe the effect and renal function changes of two groups of patients.Results The observation group total effective rate 82.9%70.7%compared with the control group significantly better(<0.05);On two groups of patients were followed up at the period of one year,recurrence after treatment 16(38.1%)of the observation group was obviously lower than control group in 32(78.0%),the difference was statistically significant(<0.05);In the two groups before treatment in patients with renal related indicators no significant difference(>0.05),the observation group after treatment urine red blood cells(13.5±2.6)/HP,urine protein(0.4±0.1)g/24 h,the urine micro protein(0.1±0.1 mg/L)were significantly compared with control group(21.7±3.8)/HP,(0.8±0.2)g/24 h,(0.2±0.2)mg/L is low,the difference was statistically significant(<0.05).Conclusion The application in the treatment of pediatric allergic purpura cimetidine,can improve therapeutic effect and safety,to improve renal function have certain effect,is worth promoting.
