A Report on 1 Cases of Emergency Treatment of Children with Acute Cardiac Shock in Children

目的:通过对1例护士阻断误诊的儿童心源性休克抢救成功病例的报道,探讨急诊护士在危急重症救治中发挥的作用及急诊护士专业能力培训的方向。方法报道了1例由护士识别的误诊为'急性胃炎'的儿童心源性休克抢救成功的病例,检索分析心源性休克诊治相关文献。结果护士在本例心源性休克的早期识别中起到了关键作用。结论护理临床思维及病情观察能力培养应成为急诊护士专业能力培训的重点;急诊接触点二次分诊在保证急诊儿科危急重症患者优先救治方面起到重要作用。

Objective Through the block 1 case nurse misdiagnosis of children with cardiac shock case reports of successful rescue,emergency department and the role of nurses in emergency and severe cases treatment and the direction of the emergency nurses professional ability training.Methods Reported one case of by the nurse identify misdiagnosed as acute gastritis\'children's cardiac shock rescue successful cases,analysis of diagnosis and treatment of cardiac shock for the related literature.Results Nurses in the patients with cardiac shock,played a key role in the early recognition.Conclusion The nursing clinical thinking and observation ability training should be the focus of the emergency nurses professional ability training;Secondary triage of emergency contact pediatric emergency and severe cases in the emergency department patients preferred treatment play an important role.
