膝前后联合入路治疗胫骨平台后侧柱骨折

摘要 目的:探讨累及胫骨平台后侧柱骨折的手术治疗方法。方法胫骨平台后侧柱骨折30例,进行手术治疗并进行随访观察。结果随访30例,手术后患者的膝关节功能优良评分为86.7%。结论膝后内侧倒'L'入路通过T形钢板适度预弯后进行支撑固定,结合前外侧锁定钢板手术治疗胫骨平台后侧柱骨折有很好的临床疗效,是治疗胫骨平台后柱骨折的一种有效方法。
