Comparative Study of Two Fixation Methods Used in Venous Indwelling Needle

目的:探讨两种不同固定法在静脉留置针的应用效果,进行对比研究,并总结其可行性。方法将普外二科走临床路径的80例腹股沟疝行修补术后患者分为实验组和对照组,均使用静脉留置针,采用两种不同固定法进行比较研究。结果实验组患者的固定法效果优于对照组。结论网状弹力绷带在静脉留置针的固定中能起到良好的效果,大大提高患者舒适度,值得在临床广泛推广使用。

Objective To explore the ef ect of dif erent fixation methods of two kinds of indwel ing needle in vein,comparative study,and summarizes its feasibility.Methods The general two families go clinical pathways of 80 cases of inguinal hernia repair in postbtgroperative patients were divided into experimental group and control group,are the use of venous indwel ing needle,comparative study was performed using two dif erent fixation method.is more ef ective than monotherapyfor blood pressure hydrochlorothiazide.Results Superior to the fixed ef ect method in experiment group control group.Conclusion The reticulated elastic bandage in venous indwel ing needle fixation can play good results,greatly improve the comfort degree of patients,it is worth using in clinical application.
