儿科护理不良事件分析及护理对策

Analysis and Nursing Countermeasures of Nursing Adverse Events in Pediatric

目的:分析我院儿科护理不良事件发生的原因,探讨有效的护理管理对策。方法回顾性分析我院小儿科2012年1月~2014年5月间上报的24例护理不良事件,对护理不良事件发生的类型、次数及所占比例进行统计。结果24例护理不良事件中,医嘱执行不规范所占比例最大,为33.3%,护理人员自身业务能力不过硬是导致护理不良事件发生的主要原因,占33.3%。结论针对儿科护理不良事件发生的原因,加强护理安全管理,以降低护理不良事件的发生率。

Objective To analyze the causes of nursing adverse events in pediatric in our hospital,explore the ef ective measures of nursing management.Methods A retrospective analysis of 24 cases of nursing adverse events in pediatric in our hospital was operated,counted the nursing adverse events of the type,number and proportion.Results In 24 cases of adverse nursing events,implementation was not standard had the largest proportion,33.3%,causes of nursing adverse events of the weak ability of nursing staf accounted for 33.3%.Conclusion According to the causes of nursing adverse events in pediatric,to strengthen the safety management of nursing care,can reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events.
