Limited Internal Fixation Combined External Fixator in the Treatment of Open Fractures of Tibia and Fibula

目的:总结有限内固定结合组合式外固定在胫腓骨开放性骨折治疗过程中的临床疗效。方法我科于2009年9月~2013年12月使用有限内固定结合组合式外固定治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折53例。结果53例骨折均愈合。结论固定可靠,操作简单、手术损伤较小,伤口感染风险降低等优点,具有较高的临床运用价值。

Objective To summarize the experience of limited internal fixation combined external fixation in open fractures of tibia and fibula in the treatment of clinical ef icacy.Methods I Division in 2009 September^2013 year in December the use of limited internal fixation combined external fixation for the treatment of open fractures of tibia and fibula in 53 cases.Results 53 cases of fracture healing.Conclusion The fixation is reliable,simple operation,less injury,wound infection risk reduction advantages,has high clinical application value.
