宫颈涂片对宫颈癌筛查的价值

Value Analysis of Cervical Smear Screening of Cervical Cancer

目的对宫颈涂片在宫颈癌的筛查方面的价值做出准确评价。方法随机抽取近两年时间里在我院就诊的,通过宫颈图片技术对宫颈癌进行筛查的患者病例243例,均做宫颈刮片图片。结果镜检结果显示没有检测到异型细胞,即为阴性者有211例;检测到异型细胞的可疑病例32例,其中有13例检测到恶性细胞,经病理检查结果显示,13例恶性细胞前病变以鳞癌为主。结论宫颈涂片技术在宫颈癌筛选的准确率很高,有利于临床对症状的尽早确诊,有效地减少了误诊现象的出现,值得临床使用和推广。

Objective To make an accurate assessment of the value of cervical smear in the screening of cervical cancer in terms of.Methods A random sample of nearly two years in our hospital,the picture of cervical screening for cervical carcinoma patients were 243 cases,cervical scraping.Results Microscopic examination showed no detectable abnormal cells,which is negative in 211 cases;detect suspected cases of atypical cells in 32 cases,of which 13 were detected in malignant cells,the pathological examination showed that 13 cases of precancerous lesions,malignant cells to squamous cell carcinoma.Conclusion The accuracy rate of cervical smear in the screening of cervical cancer is very high,is conducive to the early diagnosis of clinical symptoms,reduce the misdiagnosis phenomenon,worthy of clinical application and popularization.
