摘要
目的对比研究β-七叶皂苷钠与地塞米松治疗面神经炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性总结我院收治的面神经炎患者62例治疗资料。结果治疗开始后2 w时,观察组31例患者显效19例,有效11例,总有效率96.8%,明显高于对照组疗效结果(总有效率为83.9%)(P<0.05),而两组患者在治疗开始后4 w时的总有效率统计结果差异无统计学意义(100%VS96.8%)(P<0.05)。结论β-七叶皂苷钠治疗面神经炎安全有效,具有满意的临床效果。
Objective To study the clinical ef icacy of beta seven leaves saponins sodium and dexamethasone in the treatment of facial neuritis.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital 62 cases of patients with facial neuritis treatment data.Results 2 weeks after the start of therapy,the observation group of 31 cases,19 cases markedly ef ective,ef ective in 11 cases,the total ef iciency of 96.8%,significantly higher than that of control group(curative effect the total ef ective rate was 83.9%(<0.05),and two patients in group 4 weeks after the start of therapy when the total ef iciency results statistics showed no system the statistical significance(100%VS96.8%)(<0.05).Conclusionβ-seven leaves the safety of Sodium Aescinate for facial neuritis,clinical ef ect is satisfactory.
