粘连缓减汤配合中药灌肠治疗肠梗阻的临床研究

Adhesions Mitigation Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Research on the Treatment of Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction Enema

目的观察粘连缓减汤配合中药灌肠治疗肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法选择确诊的粘连性肠梗阻112例。在给予基础治疗的同时,给予粘连缓减汤水煎内服另加中药水煎灌肠。治疗期间记录肠呜音恢复及首次排气、排便时间;统计临床症状包括腹痛,腹胀,恶心呕吐,停止排气、排便及电解质紊乱改善率和临床疗效。结果全组患者用药后根据肠鸣音恢复情况,自行排便、排气时间分为显效63例,有效45例,无效4例。总有效率96.4豫。结论粘连缓减汤加中药灌肠能更快的促进胃肠功能恢复,有效提高粘连性肠梗阻治愈率。

Objective To observe the clinical ef icacy of treating adhesive intestinal obstruction by using ankylenteron al eviating decoction plus enema of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods When treating the 112 cases diagnosed with adhesive intestinal obstruction,in addition to the basic treatment,ankylenteron alleviating decoction is prescribed to be taken oral y while using enema of Chinese herbal medicine.During the process,time of bowel sound regained,and the beginning of defecation and passing gas are recorded.Moreover,improvement of clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting,electrolyte disturbance are statistical y noted down,as wel as the percentage of resumed defecation and passing gas.Results In terms of bowel sound regained,unaided defecation and passing gas,this treatment shows obvious ef icacy in 63 out of the 112 cases,is ef ective in 45 cases,and is inef ective in 4 cases.The overal rate of ef icacy is thus 96.4%.Conclusion By integrating ankylenteron al eviating decoction and enema of traditional Chinese medicine,the recovery of abdominal functions is accelerated,and the percentage of successful cure of adhesive intestinal obstruction is greatly promoted.
