卒中后抑郁和脑卒中患者C反应蛋白水平对照研究

摘要 目的探讨卒中后抑郁(PSD)及脑卒中患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)的差异,为其临床诊治寻找更多的依据。方法对60例PSD及80例脑卒中非抑郁患者分别进行C反应蛋白检测,并将结果与对照组进行比较。结果PSD患者血清CRP水平高于对照组和脑卒中组,差别有统计学意义(<0.01),脑卒中组与对照组各指标比较差别无统计学意义(>0.05);PSD组患者的CRP与汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)得分呈显著正相关(r =0.34,<0.01)。结论CRP水平测定可作为PSD患者的诊断和治疗指标应用于临床。 Objective To investigate the post stroke depression(PSD)and stroke patients serum C reactive protein(CRP)differences,to find more evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods 60 cases of PSD and 80 cases of stroke without depression underwent C reaction protein detection,and the results were compared with the control group.Results The serum CRP level in patients with PSD was higher than that of the control group and stroke group,the dif erence was significant(P<0.01),stroke group and control group,no significant dif erence in each index(P>0.05);patients in group PSD CRP and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores were significantly positively correlated(R=0.34,P<0.01).Conclusion The determination of CRP levels as diagnostic and therapeutic index of PSD patients in clinical application.
