干扰素α-2a联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙肝的疗效分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Rffect of Interferonα-2a Combined with Adefovir Dipivoxil in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis

目的:观察干扰素α-2a联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙肝的临床疗效。方法应用回顾性分析的方法,分析宁夏回族自治区第五人民医院收治的56例慢性乙肝患者的临床资料。结果治疗结束时观察组ALT复常,HBV-DNA转阴率,HBeAg阴转率,观察组均明显高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论干扰素联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙肝临床疗效优于单用干扰素,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical ef icacy of interferonα-2a combined with adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods Retrospective analysis method,the Fifth People's Hospital of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region were retrospectively analyzed in 56 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients clinical data.Results At the end of treatment were observed in group ALT normalization,HBV-DNA seroconversion rate,HBeAg negative conversion rate,the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chronic hepatitis B clinical curative ef ect is bet er than single interferon interferon and adefovir dipivoxil treatment,and is worthy of popularization and application.
