应用临床护理路径模式对初发糖尿病患者实施健康教育的效果分析

Application of Clinical Nursing Path Model the Effect of Health Education on Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨应用临床护理路径模式对初发糖尿病患者实施健康教育的效果。方法将120例初发糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和实验组,分别采用传统的健康教育方法和应用护理路径模式对初发糖尿病患者实施健康教育。结果应用护理路径对糖尿病患者实施健康教育后,实验组患者空腹血糖及餐后2h末梢血糖、糖尿病知识达标率及对护理工作的满意度均优于对照组。结论临床护理路径的实施,使健康教育制度化、具体化和规范化,提高了护理质量,有利于健康教育的贯彻实施,是一种值得推广的健康教育形式。

Objective To explore the effects of health education of clinical nursing path model being used on incipient diabetic patients.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Traditional health education and clinical nursing path model were used in incipient diabetic patients.Results Fasting blood-glucose,Blood sugar 2 hours after meal Diabetes knowledge success rate and nursing work satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than control group after clinical nursing path being used.Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing path make health education institutionalization,specific and standardized and improve nursing quality.It is advantageous to the implementation of health education.It is a form of worthy promoted health education.
