770例剖宫产手术指征分析

Analysis of the Cesarean Section Indications 770 Cases

目的:本文拟通过对我院2年770例剖宫产指征进行了分析,以正确地掌握剖宫产指征,降低剖宫产率。方法收集整理了我院2年来产科所有的分娩病例共1428份,并对其中的770例剖宫产指征逐一进行回顾性分析。结果剖宫产率以社会因素居第1位达30.64%,疤痕子宫占第2位17.53%,胎儿宫内窘迫占8.57%,胎监NST无反应型占7.66%,相对头盆不称占6.62%,臀位占6.36%妊娠期肝内胆汁瘀积症占3.37%,而其它医学指征的病例共占19.25%,剖宫产率高达53.92%。结论正确掌握剖宫产指征,降低剖宫产率是每1位妇产科医生义不容辞的责任。

Objective:This paper analyzes the Cesarean section indications,in total,770 cases that I experienced in our hospital in recent two years,so that it can lead us to correctly master the cesarean section indications and reduce its rates.Method:I col ected and sorted out the clinic data of 1428 patients who gave birth to their children in our hospital in recent two years,of which 770 Cesarean cases were special y retrospectively analyzed one by one.Results:The findings are that the rates of cesarean section to social factors ranked first 30.64%,scar uterus accounted for second 17.53%,accounting for 8.57%of fetal distress,fetal monitoring NST non response type was in the middle of the list,7.66%,relative cephalopelvic disproportion accounted for 6.62%,accounting for 6.36%of breech pregnancy;with intrahepatic cholestasis at the bot om of the list 3.37%,while other medical indications were 19.25%.In a word,cesarean section rate is as high as 53.92%.Conclusion:It is bounden duty for an obstetrician to master the indication of cesarean section and reduce its rates.
