聚能水压光面爆破技术在隧道掘进中的试验及应用 被引量:2

摘要 隧道开挖作业是决定施工进度和效益的基础,目前广泛应用的光面爆破和水压爆破技术在超欠挖控制等方面仍达不到理想效果,在分析光面爆破、水压爆破存在不足的基础上,引入了聚能水压光面爆破技术,并简要分析了这项技术的爆破原理和优点.结合在蒙华铁路崤山隧道的对比试验和实际应用效果分析,聚能水压光面爆破在施工进度、爆破质量、作业环境等方面效果显著,值得推广应用. Tunnel excavation operation is a foundation of determining the construction progress and efficiency. Currently, the widely used smooth blasting and hydraulic blasting technologies still fail to reach the ideal effects in the aspects of controlling excess or insufficient excavation. Based on analyzing the defects of smooth blasting and hydraulic blasting, this paper introduced the shaped charge hydraulic smooth blasting technology, and made a brief analysis of the blasting principle and the advantages of this technology. Combined with the contrast test and analysis of its practical application effects in Xiaoshan Tunnel of Inner Mongolia-Jiangxi Railway, it was concluded that the shaped charge hydraulic smooth blasting could achieve significant effects in the construction schedule, blasting quality and working environment, and it was worth popularizing and applying.
