摘要 煤泥水处理对分选系统稳定性、 洗水浓度、 产品质量有决定性的影响.文章为进一步明确沙坪洗煤厂处理煤泥水所存在的问题,在调试及后续的生产实践中,通过各种合理的改进措施,并在优化改造原煤泥处理系统时从对药剂的选择和添加、 对分选工艺改进等方面入手.通过技术改造实践可得出,技术改造后煤泥水处理系统处理煤泥水的效果有所提升,大大降低了循环水浓度,从而保证了生产的正常运行,也在某种程度上为选煤厂提升经济效益的提供了可靠保障. Slime water treatment has a decisive influence on the stability of separation system,washing water concentration and product quality.According to the problems of slime water treatment in Shaping Coal preparation plant,through field research and analysis,it can be concluded that the selection and addition of reagents and the improvement of separation process can be started in the transformation of the original slurry treatment system.Through the practice of technical transformation,it can be concluded that after technical transformation,the effect of slime water treatment system is improved,the circulation water concentration is greatly reduced,thus the normal production operation is ensured,which is also the basic guarantee for coal preparation plant to improve economic benefits.
