关于变电站新型便携式开关柜紧急分闸装置的设计

摘要 变电站的35 kV、10 kV开关柜在运行时容易发生设备通讯故障、开关控制回路断线等故障引起的断路器无法进行遥控分闸,造成开关越级跳闸,危及电网安全运行.本文在分析变电站内开关柜的工作环境和工作特点的基础上,给出一种新型便携式遥控开关柜紧急分闸装置的设计方案和操作流程,该分闸装置以STM32控制芯片为核心,利用无线电为无线传输方式,通过在远程遥控失败的35 kV和10 kV开关柜紧急分闸按钮上使用该装置,实现对开关柜内断路器的遥控操作,从而达到提高设备的运行可靠性和人员安全性的目的. The 35 kV and 10 kV switchgear in substation are prone to equipment communication failures and breaking of switch control circuit,which lead to the failure of remote control of circuit breakers,resulting in the overstep tripping of switches and crises the safe operation of power grid.Therefore,on the basis of analyzing the working environment and working characteristics of switchgear in substation,this paper presents the design scheme and operation flow of a new type of portable remote control switchgear emergency switch device.The switch device takes STM32 control chip as the core,uses radio as wireless transmission mode,and uses this device on the emergency switch button of 35 kV and 10 kV switchgear with remote control failure.The device realizes the remote control operation of the circuit breaker in the switchgear,so as to improve the operation reliability of the equipment and the safety of the personnel.
