城市公交安全风险隐患双重预防体系建设与运行研究

Study on construction and operation of safety risk and hidden danger double prevention systems for urban public transport

近年来城市公交安全问题多发,城市公交安全风险隐患双重预防体系建设日益受到重视.文章对双重预防体系基本原理及建设思路进行了阐述,以JN公交为研究对象,采用数据分析、实地调研与人员访谈相结合的研究方法,分析了JN公交安全风险隐患双重预防体系的建设与运行全过程,提取归纳优良实践经验,就体系建设和运行过程中易发生的问题进行了分析和探讨,并提出了改进建议.

Recently urban public transport safety problems occurred frequently,and the construction of safety risk and hidden danger double prevention systems for urban public transport received increasing attention.In this research,firstly,the basic principles and construction ideas of double prevention system are expounded.Secondly,taking JN bus as the research object,adopting the research method combining data analysis,field research and personnel interview,the whole process of construction and operation of JN bus safety risk and hidden danger double prevention system is analyzed,and extracts and summarizes good practical experience is extracted and summarized.Thirdly,the problems that are easy to occur in the process of system construction and operation are analyzed and discussed.At the end of the paper,some targeted improvement measures are proposed.
