摘要
为适应城市发展需求,促进公共交通设施用地集约高效利用,研究既有规划独立占地公交首末站用地规划调整的技术流程,持续完善深圳公交场站模式转型的制度建设.对深圳公交场站模式推进实施情况进行评估分析,综合考虑片区首末站供需状况、土地开发情况、综合车厂实施情况等因素,制定公交场站的规划调整建议分区;基于首末站的用地规模、功能定位及调整分区,研究提出场站用地调整的基本原则及功能调整方向.
In order to meet the needs of urban development,this paper studies the technical process of land use planning adjustment for the bus stations with independent land use,with the goal to promote the intensive and efficient use of public transport facilities land and continuously improve the system construction of Shenzhen’s bus station mode.Firstly,after evaluating and analyzing the implementation of bus station mode,it divides adjustment zoning by considering three factors including the supply and demand of bus stations,the land development,and the implementation of comprehensive bus stations.Based on the land scale,functional positioning and adjustment zoning of the bus station,the basic principles and functional adjustment direction of the station land adjustment are proposed.
