Discussion about the Trend of Flame-retardant Technique of Using Rigid Polyurethane Foams

随着聚氨酯硬质泡沫在各个工程领域的广泛应用,其阻燃性能日益受到关注。本文介绍了近期国内外聚氨酯泡沫阻燃研究现状,分析了聚氨酯泡沫阻燃机理和阻燃方法研究趋势,阐释了两种阻燃方法的阻燃效果,通过对聚氨酯分子进行结构改性,同时添加复合阻燃剂,使聚氨酯硬质泡沫氧指数达到国家难燃级标准,展望了聚氨酯泡沫阻燃技术发展方向。

With the widespread application of rigid polyurethane foams in various engineering fields,their flameretardant properties are receiving attention increasingly.This article introduces the development of the research of flame-retardant technique by using polyurethane foams at home and abroad.It analyzes the flame-retardant mechanism by using polyurethane foams and the trend of the research of flame-retardant methods.The paper mainly explains the flame-retardant effect by the combined use of two flame-retardant methods: by the structural modification of the polyurethane molecules and adding compound flame-retardant agent,the oxygen index of the polyurethane foams can be made to reach the national flame-resisting standard.The paper also envisages the prospect of flame-retardant technique by using polyurethane foams.
