外源海藻糖提高黄瓜抗盐性的初步研究 被引量:6

摘要 文章初步研究适宜浓度的海藻糖可以提高黄瓜的抗盐性。以中农16号黄瓜幼苗为供试材料,首先分别用0mM、5mM、10mM、和20mM的海藻糖随1/2Hoagland营养液根灌两次,随后在上述各营养液中加入180mM的NaCI对幼苗进行渗透胁迫3天,自第4天开始测试下列指标:幼苗叶片的相对含水量、离体叶片电导率、MDA含量、叶绿素含量、POD、CAT酶的活性。试验结果如下:5mM、10mM、20mM的海藻糖处理都可以提高高盐渗透胁迫下幼苗叶片的相对含水量、叶绿素含量、POD、CAT酶的活性;降低叶片电导率和MDA含量。而且,10mM的海藻糖处理效果最好,而20mM的海藻糖处理效果不如5mM的海藻糖的处理效果。研究表明:适宜浓度的海藻糖可提高在渗透胁迫下黄瓜幼苗的抗性,在5mM、10mM、和20mM三个浓度中以10mM的海藻糖的处理效果最好。 The research is to study treholase of adaptive concentration has the effect on improving salt resistance of cucumber.Seedlings of cucumber are respectively treated with 0mM,5mM,10mM and 20mM concentration of treholase soluted into 1/2Hoagland solution twice.Then they are treated with 180mM concentration of NaCI added to the solution with different concentration of treholase.After four days,the following indexes are tested.The results are that the three concentrations(5mM、10mM、and 20mM) of treholase all can increase relative water content and chlorophyll content,enhancing the activity of peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) of seedling leaves,at the same time alleviating the accumulation of MDA and cell membrane relative permeability under high salt stress.Futher more,the 10mM concentration of treholase is the best among the results of different treatments.The research shows that adaptive concentration of treholase has the ability of improving salt resistance of cucumber.
