体育院校与师范院校体育教育专业人才培养的比较研究

Comparing and Research the Difference of Physical Education Courses Between the P.E Colleges and Normal Colleges

通过资料法、问卷调查等方法，对两类院校体育教育专业人才的培养进行了比较研究。结果表明两类学校有一定的差异，提出体育院校的体育教育专业应逐渐萎缩，体育教师的培养则由师范院校体育院系所取代。体育院校应尽快调整办学方向。

Cultivating physical education teaching personnel,is directly related to the colleges and middle school students synthesized qualities.We generally analyzed the different kinds of P. E teaching personnel, and offered the detail materials on setting up special courses, promoting teaching condition, improving study interest, studying environment and teaching qualities. Also provided rationalized proposal on cultivating P. E teaching personnel and direction of P. E colleges.
