摘要
就蜂蜜掺假的特点、新蜂蜜国家标准在鉴别蜂蜜产品掺假方面的缺陷、今后蜂蜜产品掺假鉴别技术的发展方向进行了讨论。
This paper discussed the situation of honey adulteration that was observed in some areas of China. On the basis expounding a potential imperfection of the current new national standard for detecting honey adulteration, a new technique for detecting honey adulteration is proposed.
