摘要
本文介绍了一种新型差动惯性式摩擦离合器性能试验台。该试验台可以对2.5t以下轻型汽车离合器的综合性能进行试验。其特点是运用差动运动原理,使试验转速可以达到轻型车离合器较高的起步转速,以较好地模拟离合器的实际工作情况。该试验台由计算机控制,进行数据的实时检测、处理、显示及存储,从而提高了试验的效率和有效性。
This paper deals with a new type differential inertial bedstand of friction clutch.It can be used to test the synthetic performance of friction clutch of the automobiles which loadage is less than 2.5 ton.For well simulating the real working conditions,the differential kinematics is used to get a higher start rotating speed of clutch of the light mobile.This bedstand is controlled by a computer to complete the data sampling,processing and display as well as the data storage,thus enhancing the efficiency an...
