摘要
非对称冷却成形法是制造螺旋形三维卷曲涤纶中空短纤维的有效方法,冷却成形条件是纺丝过程的技术关键。研究结果表明,环吹风速及其均匀性对初生纤维的结构性能影响很大,合理选择环吹风速、保持风速均匀是保证稳定纺丝、提高产品质量的重要手段。
Unsymmertrical quenching is an effective method to prepare spiral three-dimension-crimp PET hollow fiber. Quench forming condition is the key technique in spinning. The research result shows that circular blowing air velocity and its uniformity greatly influence the structure and property of as-spun fiber. It is an important way to ensure steady-state spinning and improve product quality by properly choosing blowing air velocity and keeping the air velocity uniform.
