摘要
目的:以药效方法评价何首乌炮制工艺。方法:建立大鼠血虚动物模型,比较生首乌和不同清蒸炮制工艺首乌、清蒸和黑豆汁拌蒸制首乌醇提液的药效差异。结果:生首乌醇提部位无补血功效;不同炮制工艺制首乌醇提部位补血功效有差异。黑豆汁具有增强何首乌补血功效的作用,但与炮制工艺有关。结论:炮制工艺直接影响制首乌补血功效。
