摘要
应用相似模化理论,对泡沫渣生成之前氧气顶吹转炉二次燃烧气相场进行了实验模拟,并采用粒子图像测速技术(PIV)测量其二维流场,发现在氧射流两侧形成2个强回流区.同一截面上,内侧回流区速度沿径向距离逐渐减小,在靠近氧射流流股内侧速度最小;外侧回流区负速度沿径向距离逐渐减小,正速度沿径向距离逐渐增大.不同截面上,距离二次氧孔越远,内侧回流区速度越平缓;外侧回流区,正速度越大,上升炉气越多.
With the similarity principle,the post-combustion gas flow in the basic oxygen furnace(BOF)was simulated before the foam slag was generated,and its 2-D flow field was measured by using the advanced particle image velocimetry(PIV)technology.The results show that two intense reflux areas are found at both side of the sub-oxygen jet.The gas flow velocity in the inner reflux area reduces with an increase of the radial distance and reaches the minimum value near the inner side of the sub-oxygen jet on the radial...
