摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术对金弹果皮挥发油化学成分进行分析.共分离出123个组分,经解析鉴定出61个化合物,其中倍半萜30个、单萜8个、二萜2个,分别占挥发油相对含量的46.36%、8.87%和0.29%.分析结果表明,金弹果皮挥发油的主要成分为:正十六烷酸(12.75%),大根香叶烯D(12.30%),乙酸-3,7-二甲基-2,6-辛二烯-1-醇酯(6.46%),戊基环丙烷(5.10%),δ-榄香烯(4.52%),γ-榄香烯(3.77%),α-金合欢烯(3.60%),3-甲基-4-亚甲基二环[3.2.1]辛-2-烯(3.53%),广霍香烯(2.89%).
The chemical constituents of Fortunella crassifolia Swingle peel volatile oil collected by steam distillation have been identified by GC-MS technique.
