摘要
为改进传统车架结构有限元分析中梁模型的缺陷,本文提出一个用梁单元和用壳单元离散的节点单元的新型模型。在一次计算中能得到节点细部应力分布特征和梁截面设计所需要的截面内力。计算结果证明新有限元模型理论上的正确性和对工程的实际意义。
To improve the traditional FEA model of vehicle structure, a new FEA model which meshed with beam and shell unit is presented in this paper, and by this model, detail information of stress distribution at node area and internal force of element which needed for beam’s cross-section design can be gotten by only one time analytical calculation. Analysis result proves the model has advancement in theory as well as the direction in practice.
