On the Scientific Connotation and Significance of the Idea of “Putting the Human Fundamental”

树立“以人为本”、全面协调可持续的科学发展观,是胡锦涛总书记以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,从新世纪新阶段党和国家事业发展全局出发提出的重大战略思想。本文从我国古代、西方和马克思主义的角度探讨“以人为本”思想的理论渊源,分析“以人为本”思想的时代背景,阐述“以人为本”思想的科学内涵及其理论和实践意义。
